  • What a great experience I had at Brighton Ford. I haven't purchased a vehicle in quite a while and to be honest, I was dreading being pressured by salesperson. There was none of that at Brighton ford.

  • UPDATE 8 MONTHS LATER: The service department hasn't been able to fix an electrical issue after being given 3 chances to do so. We love the vehicle, but don't recommend the service department. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought a 2018 Ford F150 in July and drove it through South Dakota to Minnesota and back over a 3 week vacation. It was an exercise in perfection! The truck drove like a dream for the entire trip. The comfort was so far beyond what I expected or ever had before. The seats support the body perfectly, the pedal controls are a terrific feature along with the telescoping/tilting wheel to make the experience so comfy. The gas mileage is FANTASTIC! Far exceeds the Toyota Tundra that we had before and even gets better mileage than the 2007 Honda Odyssey we had before. Powerful engine, intuitive and beautiful vehicle. Our experience at Brighton Ford was good - the financing portion took longer than expected being that we already had financing secured with our credit union. Nathan Medina was our salesman and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable without being at all pushy. I would come back to Brighton Ford.

The process was smooth and “relatively” quick (it was a busy Saturday) finance found me a great rate and closing did not employ the usual “hard Sell” on the maintenance packages which I really appreciated.   • I had initially started this process last fall when I called Brighton Ford and told them I need to make an appointment for an airbag recall. I was told they would have to order the part and that they would contact me when the part was in to make an appointment. A few weeks later I was contacted and told the part was in and made an appointment. I brought the car in and as soon as I got home I received a call telling to come pick the car because the part was not in, no apologies, no explanation, only that I would be contacted when the part actually arrived (again?). Five months later I never received any calls; however, my coworker suggested a call Kelly at Brighton Ford’s parts department. I called her, she told me she could help and apologized for the previous situation and told me that she would place an order the part and we contact me in two to three weeks when it arrived. The very next day I was contacted and told the part was in and I was to make an appointment. Kelly was wonderful to work with; I would highly recommend her to all my friends. – Thank you Kelly! -

  • Bought a car from here 6 years ago, the level of service brought me back again. Unlike most cookie cutter dealerships in the Denver Area. Sales staff that I have dealt with both times has not tried to push the sale or make me uncomfortable. The website has great filtering tools to find the vehicle you are looking for, called ahead and it was waiting for me to test drive when I showed up. A bit of a trek from Denver but car purchases are not a regular occurrence so it is worth the drive to come talk to the fine people at Brighton Ford. Can not say how happy I am with my new F-150.
  • We came in looking for a used car. Art helped us out and wasn't a pushy salesman. He made sure we got enough for our trade and was patient while we tried to figure out which car we liked best. The finance person Rudy was really nice and seemed honest. We ended up getting a new car and look forward to the free oil changes for life.

  • I recently purchased a used truck and was fortunate that Brighton Ford was my first stop in the process. Maynard was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was genuinely concerned about my needs and was an active partner in the purchasing process. He even had a good recommendation for somewhere to eat while I was waiting for the truck to be cleaned. Maynard is a real professional and was key in taking care of the issues that the truck had. He made sure that all of my issues were addressed to my satisfaction and was more than accommodating to my circumstances for getting the truck repaired. Overall, it was a great experience at Brighton Ford and I will certainly use them in the future and have no problem recommending them highly to anyone.

We had a pretty specific truck in mind. He was patient with us and found exactly what we needed. Maynard was also extremely helpful. Dave Gallegos took care if everything from recommending tires to setting up for service when he wasn't going to be there Thursday.   • Quick and Very Friendly Service. The first time the Quick Lane really was the Quick Lane. I used to go to another dealer's Quick Lane, so I was very happy with Brighton. My last service with Brighton was very good too. It wasn't as quick, but they caught a problem with my battery and had it replaced under Warranty. I have referred a couple people to him just because he made picking out a vehicle easy. He let me pick a vehicle that best suited me unlike some of my past experiences with other dealerships where they fit you in a vehicle that they feel is "right for you".   • This was an amazing buying experience. We had seen the car on the internet, set up a appointment to go see it with Zach. He was understanding about us changing the appointment four times! When we finally got there to drive the car, Zach had us work with one of the inside salesperson, Josh who answered all of our questions, and helped finish the buying experience. Zach and Josh are both wonderful to work with, and the whole experience with Brighton Ford was the best buying experience of my life.   • Took my vehicle for a recall repair, had to leave it all day since they do not schedule their mechanics in advance. My appointment was simply a time to speak to the service writer. When the recall repair was completed, I received a text message. I did not hear the message arrive and therefore did not respond. It would have been nice to get a follow-up phone call before they closed for the day.

Good service, but technician started to rotate tires, which was not on the order, as I had already had them rotated at the tire store. Fortunately, I saw what was going on through the window to the service Bay and was able to alert the desk, who stopped the procedure. I was pleased with the service other than that.

  • I’ll give you a little inside scoop on Brighton Ford, I started working there as a technician 3 months ago and couldn’t have been more welcomed and invited to join the team. The owners are great and treated me very fairly! I observed pretty quick that they have a great set of technicians, and are some of the most skilled I have met. Unfortunately for me it didn’t work out because I am originally a Toyota technician and wanted to go back to Toyota. I tried this Ford dealer because it is close to home and I have a buddy who highly recommended them. If you are a service customer please under stand that manufactures are making it more and more difficult to have good customer service, manufacturers make us technicians follow a set of strict rules in order to get paid. Ford is no different, great product, but strict rules. Hopefully this helped someone who is considering using this dealer for service. To sum up, I can tell you that this dealer is full of skilled, honest, and genuinely good people.

  • A am pleased with the service department. I have a 2019 F350 that succumbed to the death wobble. I was nervous when I went in for repairs since I purchased the truck elsewhere. I am happy to say, no issues. The staff was great. The gal that checked me in knew exactly what I was talking about and how to fix it. She scheduled an appointment for me and my truck was done in a day. They completed three recalls and fixed my death wobble. This is not my first time dealing with this service department and they have always taken great care of me.

My oil change took roughly 1 1/2 hours so not too bad for a walk-in. However, when I picked up my truck there was oil splatter on my door and on my running boards. The complete disregard for controlling the fluids makes me worry about the lack of attention to detail with the other work that was done. Not a big deal but the technician didn’t reset my oil change gauge either.

  • Very poor customer service, needed to drop vehicle off due issue with rear suspension possibly recall issue, I was told that Ford wouldn't take into account tell Wednesday and sorry about your luck but we can't help you with a spare vehicle either. I had to ask to talk with a manager but of course there was no manager on site, a phone call was made to a manager and was given the same response sorry we can't help you with your FORD vehicle at a Ford dealership. Poor customer service across the bored poor effort to help out a return customer for years . I hope this reaches someone who cares about their customers.

  • Please go see Joe at Brighton Ford. This guy literally ran a marathon for us. We told him what we were looking for and he remained focused on our needs and not the sale. Not once did I feel any pressure from this guy, even after we left the dealership the first time without a new vehicle he did not flood my email or phone. We went to a couple other places and felt like I was going in circles. I contacted Joe and told him that I really wanted to work with him and he actually worked hard and did his research to help find us the right truck. A week after the first time we walked into Brighton Ford, we left with our new truck and the whole experience was pretty smooth and stress free and I’m looking forward to working with them for the life of my truck.   • My overall experience was good. I think I got a good deal on my vehicle. I do wish someone had reviewed the different accessories on the vehicle. I had no idea how to set radio stations, work the rear wiper or use the eco button. Spending 10 minutes on the different buttons on the dash would be nice. I don't think I need to use the app, but the dash buttons are important. Thank you.

  • this will not allow me to put less than 1 star. It's a very sad day for me, I had to make a very difficult decision to never again return to Brighton Ford on Bromley Lane in Brighton CO. I took my truck to them last week for a service and asked them to look at the motor fan that was on constantly and very loud, when I picked it up, they said everything was fine and replaced the battery (that I now have suspicions about). I notice a small amount of antifreeze in my driveway the next day but couldn't find a leak. My wife drove it work a week later (this morning) and called to tell me that it was leaking antifreeze. I went to get her and the truck and took it to Brighton Ford (where we purchased this vehicle and 5 others over the past 15 Years). We also have recommend them to friends which in turn purchased an additional 5 vehicles from them. When I asked if we could have a technician look at it while we were experiencing the same fault we brought in for a week earlier, we were told no, then they looked up warranty information and told us if we wanted it looked at we could leave it or we could make an appointment, either way it would be a week before anything could be done. It is unfortunate that our trucks water pump went out on our way home from this ordeal with Brighton Ford and it wasn't caught by their so called mechanics not only once but twice. With GOD by our side, Sean from Bullet Auto pulled it in his shop immediately and had our truck back on the road for our vacation in less time than it would have taken us to get through all the red tape, bureaucracy and paperwork at Brighton Ford. I highly recommend that any and all of us together stand up against the companies that have forgotten what customer service is all about. It is a shame that Brighton Ford has forgotten the people that made them who they used to be. I will never return or recommend Brighton Ford for anything to anyone ever again. Even if Brighton Ford contacted me and my wife and offed us compensation or apologies. I would like to close and add insult to injury, my wife and I have been discussing purchasing a new vehicle and we never needed to discuss where we were going to purchase it. That now has changed for us and any of our future recommendation, by my count with no exaggeration, possibly 10 to 15 additional vehicles that they are loosing businesses on, and all my kids have purchased vehicles there too, all because they didn't care to assist one customer.   • This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had purchasing a car or truck. We found the model we wanted and submitted an online query. Kyle got back to us right away, no pressure, just asked if we wanted to test drive it. We setup an appointment, the truck was ready when we got there and Kyle turned us over to Miguel as he had a client. The sales negotation was painless, and the price was well in line with truecar.com great deal pricing on an F-150. The longest part of the entire interaction was waiting for the finance paperwork to be ready. Finance was 15 minutes, and Jay was great. Of course they are going to try and sell an extended warranty, but it was no pressure and we were done. If you want to buy a truck go here. From drive to paperwork signed and out the door was two hours.

  • During my car search, I visited a number of dealerships to view and test drive cars around the Denver area. Of all the dealerships, Brighton Ford was the best by far. They had great customer service, they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. It took me several days after viewing the car to decide it was the one I wanted to buy. After the first test drive, my car dealer (Eric - I cannot recommend him enough) gave me his phone number so I could reach out at any time with questions, but didn't pester me about buying the car, unlike some of the other dealerships... Personal assumption, but I think it was a testament to the quality of the car and how confident they were in their ability to sell it. Some of the other dealerships felt so desperate, it made me suspicious and completely turned me off. After purchasing the car, part of the deal was that Brighton Ford would pay to replace the broken windshield. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the windshield the third party company installed. I reached out to Brighton Ford, and soon after they had another repair man come to me to replace the windshield once more (again, at no charge to me). Now I have my new car and it's running great! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Brighton Ford.

First of all, I found the vehicle I wanted marked 2000.00 dollars less then the previous 4 places I had looked, second of all when I walked in they didn't hesitate to look me in the eye and give me a very warm hello. My salesmen wasn't pushy either, he told me what I wanted to know and didn't push anything else, honestly not even the sale so much. He simply said, I will give you a moment to think about it and returned in a few minutes, his excellent attitude absolutely did help me make my decision!!!!!   • This shop destroyed my rear differential during a fluid change. 82k Miles on an '13 F150 I had this shop change the fluid on the rear differential, with in 2,000 miles I had a horrendous noise. Fluid analysis verified they used the correct weight oil. However, take a look at the outer pinion picture below. This damage was cause by contamination placed into the differential by this shop. Shop Manager would not take ownership, even after he admitted with this low of miles on this truck it should not have any differential issues. This cost me an entire rear end rebuild (all bearings and seals needed to be replaced).

Kenneth was very helpful answering all my questions, sending me extra pictures, and had fast response time! No messing around, made an offer, they came back with a great number, agreed on terms, flew in the next morning, they picked me up at the airport. After the test drive, the paperwork took 5 min and I was on the road driving home. Start to finish these guys were great, would definitely do business with them again!!

The purchase, the warranty and the service department are all Top Notch. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought a 2018 Ford F150 in July and drove it through South Dakota to Minnesota and back over a 3 week vacation. It was an exercise in perfection! The truck drove like a dream for the entire trip. The comfort was so far beyond what I expected or ever had before. The seats support the body perfectly, the pedal controls are a terrific feature along with the telescoping/tilting wheel to make the experience so comfy. The gas mileage is FANTASTIC! Far exceeds the Toyota Tundra that we had before and even gets better mileage than the 2007 Honda Odyssey we had before. Powerful engine, intuitive and beautiful vehicle. Our experience at Brighton Ford was good - the financing portion took longer than expected being that we already had financing secured with our credit union. Nathan Medina was our salesman and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable without being at all pushy. I would come back to Brighton Ford.

  • While traveling with my dog from Michigan to California, my car started making weird a squeaky/creaky noise on the front driver side of the vehicle. After being stuck overnight in a snow storm (somewhere in Colorado), I decided I needed to get the noise checked before moving on. Thank goodness I was only 9 miles away from Brighten Ford! I arrived a bit early and they opened right on time. Obviously I didn’t have an appointment, but the first employee I spoke with (wish I got her name) was nice enough to check with the quick service department on my issue. They agreed to take a look at my car. To make a long story short, I’m very happy the issue wasn’t as bad as I thought - just some old parts that needed some oil. I was not here long at all, they got me in and out! I left Brighten Ford so happy to have stopped through. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Literally proving the reason I stick with Ford! The waiting area was nice and they had cold bottled water on hand for customers. Would give them a fifth star if they would have ran my vehicle through the car wash prior to returning it to me.   • I came in on 4/6/21 because I received a call that a truck I was interested in, a F250, was in and available. Joe was awesome and was very prompt and even had the truck up front and ready for me. I didn’t have much time, so this was awesome service. He showed me the features of the truck and then got my license and information so that I could take it for a test drive. I drove the truck and really liked it. We discussed a trade in value for my existing truck and then the numbers on the new truck to see if we could work out a deal. 3 hours later after back and forth with financing and the sales manager Johny, we arrived at an agreed upon price. I gave Joe my fleet account number to receive my Ford benefits and he said he would be right back after he gave it to his sales manager. He later returned and said that unfortunately the sales manager was not able to honor the agreement at this time. This is not a new agreement and my company has had this with Ford for years. I wasted 3 hours of my extremely valuable time here just to be told that they don’t honor a valid program. I hope that small amount of time that it would have taken in paperwork to do the fleet deal was worth losing a customer. The sales manager Johny wouldn’t even come tell me why, apologize for the time they wasted, or offer to make it right. I emailed the general manager to follow up and see what was going on and what happened and have still never received a response. Joe gets 5 stars, but management was poor. Will update the review if they bother to reach out and remedy what took place.

  • I came to Brighton Ford from southern Colorado to pick up a Ford Ranger that had just come in. I primarily worked with Nate in internet sales. Nate was able to get a good portion of the paperwork out of the way and allowed me to place a deposit on the truck to make sure I could pick it up at a convenient time later that week. I finalized most of the financial arrangements over the phone and through email and had to walk one of his coworkers through the process and make sure that all of my rebates were applied correctly. The difference between the proposed monthly payment and the actual monthly payments with the rebates was about $50/month and I'm glad I was able to handle those issues at home rather than at the dealership. When I came in to pick it up the paperwork was already prepared, but there were some delays caused by difficulties applying all of my rebates to the purchase. All in all, my wife and I were in the dealership signing for less than about 45 minutes. The truck was clean and ready to go along with some scented air fresheners in the air vents. I found this to be a very welcome addition, but I can see how certain customers may not like the scent. I have really enjoyed it and it has kept the truck smelling great and fresh. Ultimately, I would certainly do business with Brighton Ford in the future and appreciated the price on the truck with the ability to handle a large portion of the negotiation and paperwork remotely.

  • I went to Brighton Ford and was happy to receive the kind of attention to purchase my car. Friendly folks, helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. Never pressured. Years ago, I bought a brand new car, at a different dealership. When I was told I had good news And bad news . I should have ran out fast. A pleasant experience, will return when I am ready to upgrade my Old truck.

  • Traded in 2 of our vehicles over the weekend to drop down to 1. Matthew took care of us and everything went smoothly (trade-in, test drive and financing). The value given for our trade ins were very close to what I was estimating so no issues there. Pricing for our vehicle purchase was upfront and better than other dealerships including internet dealers. Very pleased to have done business here and would do so again. Definitely worth the drive up from Centennial.
