Kevin Casey was extraordinarily considerate and patient with my lack of knowledge of vehicles, during my visit to Brighton Ford today. My experiences with car dealerships has always felt like I wasn’t important and only a ticketed number with a dollar sign attached to it. I almost gave up on my Ford and bought a Chevy; thanks Kevin for keeping me from making a grave mistake! I will use this service department again and again and also recommend them to everyone!!

One of the easiest, and smoothest car buying experiences I've had. Some other local Ford dealers are a bit rough to say the least so Brighton Ford and my sales rep Ashot were a breath of fresh air.

Very good service. Make sure you go online and set up your appointment. It just makes it easier for them and yourself. Very professional. Scott was the person handling my F-150 and kept me posted of the progress. Will go again for my oil change and maintenance.

I had a great experience buying a new truck from Brighton Ford. Maynard was very easy to work with, as was Kyle. They worked with me to get me the deal I was after and drove my new pickup home that afternoon! Overall for a dealership experience I couldn’t be happier. Maynard and his team at Brighton Ford are fantastic. Helped me from the initial order of my truck, gave me updates through the process and got my new truck to me super fast. They gave me my best offer on my trade in and the best part.. they do not mark up these trucks unlike other dealers! I highly recommend Brighton Ford, especially Maynard.. he went above and beyond for me.

Took my Ford Fiesta in for repairs only to find out they can’t get the part so I decided to browse the used cars. Test drove a 2014 Toyota RAV4 Limited. This car is so nice I never thought it would work out, but Maynard Morrison works magic and now I am driving that super nice RAV4 everyday.

Big shout out to Maynard for the smooth process in financing my new 2022 Bronco Sport! He was wonderful and everyone else was so friendly and helpful throughout this process. Very happy with my vehicle!

We had an excellent service experience with Ariana, Kevin and the diesel mechanic. We were stuck 600 miles from home and the turbo quit working on our F250 diesel truck. We stored our RV/trailer in a secured back lot. In less than 2 days, our F250 was running like a top once again. We would highly recommend Brighton Service to family and friends.

Maynard and the team did their very best to get the financing and have us in and out in under 3 hours! Amazing experience and so friendly. They made us feel special and this was a first for us. Will buy from them again and recommend Brighton Ford and the gang veery highly.

Reviewing the service center. So far this has been the best service center for ford I have gone to. I had to drive all the way from south Denver for good service. The girls at the front desk were very nice and friendly. tech were quick and knowledgeable. I brought in a 2019 ford 350 for a fuel issue and they were able to get me a good turnaround for repairs. They had my truck for a few days while parts got ordered. Few days to wait is nothing compared to other Ford dealership I have been to. I will be bringing my company vehicles here in the future for services. Thanks to everyone at Brighton Ford!

I had to take my Lincoln to the Quick Lane and Luis was very helpful and friendly! Thanks a bunch, Luis! I recently had some work done on my Lincoln MKS and both Kelly & Isaac were very knowledgeable and friendly! I'm always treated with the upmost respect and they always give me a ride to and from work to pick-up my car when it's done. Thank you all at Brighton Ford!

I’ve been going there for many years and always found my dream truck and great service, sure, I’ll go with that! Pretty close though! Been going there for a really long time now, I’m starting to feel my age, lol always great service and I still get in and out feeling confident about my truck! Have had issues in the past with Quick Lane, But Steve Mriscin the new (?) manager is doing a great job now. They did a great job replacing the battery in my Transit Connect ( not easy to do in this vehicle ) They did a great job replacing tires and working in the spare tire on the Transit Connect. Best prices on parts / service!

Had to have an airbag replaced due to a recall. Service personnel were very easy to work with and polite. Got it replaced in just a few hours. Whole process went smooth and quick.

My wife and I just purchased a Ford Flex and this dealership was really easy to work with. Zach went above and beyond to help us find the correct vehicle for our large family. Kudos to them.

Great experience. Most people don’t look forward to the process of buying a new car and I was one of them. Staff was super helpful and worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price. They took our trade in and gave us a fair offer. We worked with Isaac and he was phenomenal throughout the process. Rudy, the finance manager we worked with, made sure to explain everything clearly so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. We’ll be going back when it’s time for another vehicle.

Traded in 2 of our vehicles over the weekend to drop down to 1. Matthew took care of us and everything went smoothly (trade-in, test drive and financing). The value given for our trade ins were very close to what I was estimating so no issues there. Pricing for our vehicle purchase was upfront and better than other dealerships including internet dealers. Very pleased to have done business here and would do so again. Definitely worth the drive up from Centennial.
