Awesome experience! Customer service exceeded all possible expectations. Julia was phenomenal, her empathy, patience, communication and time management skills were key to getting my business and I back on road. Kelly our diesel tech was amazing, diagnosing our issue almost immediately and effortlessly resolving it. These ladies were the epitome of professional, efficient. Taking your Ford vehicle to anyone else in the Brighton area would be a disservice to yourself. Thanks again gals!

Excellent, creative customer service provided by Kelly. My brother was passing through Colorado and his Check Engine light went on just before his weekend departure. Unfortunately none of the metro Ford dealers had diesel engine mechanics working on the weekend to provide a diagnosis. Kelly used his VIN to look up the error code on their Ford system and said it was a non-critical error. This allowed him to leave town on time without the concern of a breakdown. No other Ford dealer we contacted took the time or had the knowledge to do this. Way to go Kelly and Brighton Ford!

I have purchased a few vehicles from Brighton Ford and have always had a great experience in the sales department. When it comes to quicklane, parts and service it has also been a great experience, specifically when it comes to Luis Burciaga, he knows his stuff and I always leave happy when I go to quicklane. Highly recommend this dealership for any of your Ford needs.

I recently came in for a diagnostic and repair which ended up being a faulty RDU and wheel bearing. Nico was the gentleman who was helping us. I must say that he was so helpful, professional, and reassuring during the whole process. He always maintained excellent communication to let us know what was going on, and he was an all around excellent technician. Our experience with Nico was nothing but positive!! His helpfulness was so calming during a time of stress.

Pat on the back to the parts department. My 2016 F-150 water pump didn't come with an o-ring for a coolant pipe. I have a commercial account at O'Mara Ford and they told me sorry can't do anything for you. I rushed straight over from I-25 and 104th and the guy at the parts counter was an awesome help . Keep up the good work. I will definitely be back!
