Nice dealership.

Working with Landon to purchase our King Ranch F-150 was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a car dealership. At first, my husband and I weren’t sure what to expect because of Landon’s young age, but it didn’t take long for us to realize how knowledgeable, professional, and honest he was. And yes, honest — a rare quality to find at an auto dealership these days. It was all the little things that stood out to us and ultimately helped us decide to purchase our new vehicle from Brighton Ford. It may sound old-fashioned, but Landon held the door for me, listened to what I had to say—not just my husband—and always treated us with genuine respect. He never made us feel pressured, and we felt that he truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle. Even after we drove away in our new truck, Landon took the time to text us and thank us for our business. In almost 35 years of buying cars every four years or so, that has never happened before. I don’t usually write reviews, but Landon’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers absolutely deserved one. Customer service can be hard to find, especially at a car dealership, but it is alive and well at Brighton Ford. The little things count—and Landon gets that. Thank you, Landon, for making the experience such a positive one!

Online sales team is great. They respond quickly. Price at dealer was as quoted via email and online. Highly recommend the buying experience. I have purchased two trucks from here and will be back again.
